Discount Calculator
Calculate the final price after stacked discounts and see your total savings.
About the Discount Calculator
Stacked discounts are applied sequentially, not additively. A 20% discount followed by a 10% discount does not equal 30% off — it equals 28% off. Each discount is applied to the price remaining after the previous discount. This calculator shows you the step-by-step price after each discount, and the true effective discount percentage so you can comparison shop accurately.
For simpler single-discount calculations, our Percent Off Calculator lets you quickly find the sale price from any percentage off. It also includes a reverse mode to find the original price from the sale price and discount — useful when a tag only shows the discounted price.
After finding your discounted price, don't forget to factor in sales tax. Use our Sales Tax Calculator to find your true out-of-pocket cost, since taxes are calculated on the final discounted price in most jurisdictions.
